The organisers of Fi Europe and Ni have lifted the lid on a few of the top show features.
Among these is a presentation – “Next Generation Probiotics”.
“There is a big growth in probiotics positioned for different life stages,” says Ewa Hudson, Director of Insights at Lumina Intelligence. “A new approach is splitting the microbiome concept into skin and gut, for example, and I think this concept has a chance to refresh the market.”

A regular feature of Fi Europe and Ni are the Fi Innovation Awards. The Fi Innovation Awards celebrate and recognise excellence in food ingredients on 3 December 2019, the first day of the show. Categories for the Fi Innovation Awards 2019 include the Future of Nutrition Award, the Sustainability Champion Award, the FoodTech Innovation Award, and many more.
The Future of Nutrition Summit will enable visitors to get a glimpse into the future developments and technologies likely to change the face of the food and beverage industry within the next five years. The fourth edition of the Future of Nutrition Summit will take place on 2 December, a day before Fi Europe & Ni begins.
Early registration for the event enables visitors to save €129.
